Garden Care Program Terms — Fescue Rescue LLC

​

By enrolling in a Fescue Rescue garden care program you agree to the following terms. If you have any questions before enrolling, please reach out to Samantha directly.

Programs and pricing
Program pricing is agreed upon at enrollment based on your garden's specific needs. Pricing covers all scheduled visits for that calendar month. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients. Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients. Add-on services are priced separately and will always be quoted before work begins.

Billing and payment
Programs are billed at the start of each month. Payment is due upon receipt. Fescue Rescue reserves the right to pause scheduled visits for accounts with outstanding balances until payment is received.

Enrollment and cancellation
All programs are month-to-month. There is no long-term commitment. To cancel, notify Samantha before your next billing date and no further charges will be applied. Cancellations received after billing has processed for the current month will not be refunded for that month's visits.

Rescheduling and missed visits
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a scheduled visit. Visits cancelled with sufficient notice will be rescheduled at no charge within the same billing period where availability permits. Visits missed without 24 hours notice may not be rescheduled within the same billing period and are forfeited without refund.

Weather
Visits affected by unsafe or impractical weather conditions will be rescheduled by Samantha at the earliest available opportunity at no additional charge. Weather-related rescheduling is at Samantha's sole discretion based on conditions at the time of the visit.

Scope of services
Garden care programs cover the specialist horticultural oversight services listed under each plan. Programs do not include mowing, edging, leaf blowing, hardscape maintenance, irrigation system repair, or any services not explicitly listed in your plan. Add-on services outside the scope of your program are available separately and must be agreed upon before work begins.

Access to property
By enrolling in a program, the client confirms that Samantha has permission to access the garden areas of their property on scheduled visit days. Clients are not required to be present during visits. Samantha will make reasonable efforts to avoid disruption to the property during each visit.

Liability
Fescue Rescue LLC provides horticultural guidance and care services in good faith based on observable conditions at the time of each visit. Fescue Rescue is not liable for plant loss or damage resulting from conditions that were not observable or identifiable during a scheduled visit, including but not limited to subsurface disease, pre-existing root damage, or extreme weather events between visits.

Service area
Programs are available to properties located within Fescue Rescue's service area — Richmond city, Henrico County, Short Pump, Glen Allen, Chesterfield, and Midlothian, Virginia. Service area eligibility is confirmed at enrollment.

Changes to these terms
Fescue Rescue reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of material changes with at least 30 days notice before they take effect.
